Clinical correlation analysis of CA2, NR3C1, and HSP90AA1 revealed that only CA2 was statistically significant (p = 0.0267) in the analysis of the KEGG pathway in gastric cancer (Figure 4A), and in the analysis of TCGA gastric cancer samples (tumor = 414, normal = 211), CA2 (p < 0.0001), NR3C1 (p < 0.01), and HSP90AA1 (p < 0.0001) were significant (Figure 4B). The gene discussed is HSP90AA1; the disease is gastric cancer.
