As shown in Figure 3, the co-administration of hyperbaric oxygen and exosomes facilitated the interaction between MALAT1 and miR-92a in rat cardiomyocytes, enhancing the release of KLF2 and the endothelial cell adhesion molecule CD31, which resulted in a substantial decrease in myocardial infarct size (p < 0.01).
