By integrating these datasets with the glioma‐intrinsic gene set[41] and the gene set associated with proliferating stem‐like glioma cells,[42] we identified overlapping candidate genes, including centrosomal protein 55 (CEP55), aurora kinase B (AURKB), NIMA‐related kinase 2 (NEK2), VRK1, cell division cycle associated gene 8 (CDCA8), kinesin family member C1 (KIFC1), and kinesin family member 14 (KIF14) (Figure S3E, Supporting Information). Here, AURKB is linked to central nervous system cancer.
