Rats in the OI/R group exhibited altered mRNA expression of TNF-α (Fig. 10a), IL-6 (Fig. 10b), IL-1β (Fig. 10c), IL-10 (Fig. 10d), Bax (Fig. 11a), Bcl-2 (Fig. 11b), caspase-3 (Fig. 11c), TLR4 (Fig. 12a), MyD88 (Fig. 12b), TRAF6 (Fig. 12c), eNOS (Fig. 13a), iNOS (Fig. 13b), NF-κB (Fig. 14a), iKKα (Fig. 14b), HO-1 (Fig. 15a), and Nrf2 (Fig. 15b), and fisetin treatment significantly (p < 0.001) modulated the mRNA expression. The gene discussed is MYD88; the disease is osteogenesis imperfecta.
