An analysis of the humoral response to a panel of seven autoantigens (TP53, c-Myc, HER2, NY-ESO-1, CAGE, MUC1, and GBU4) in NSCLC patients revealed that 71-100% had elevated antibody levels to at least one of the antigens (45), with the highest frequencies observed at earlier stages. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
