In bone marrow cells derived from MM patients, naïve B cells (169 ± 7), memory B cells (200 ± 10), and activated B cells (206 ± 10) exhibited low expression or mean fluorescent intensity (MFI) of RUNX1, comparable to that of non-B cells (214 ± 13) (Figure 2B).
