The other ten proteins, AFM (afamin), APOA1 (apolipoprotein A1), AZGP1 (alpha-2-glycoprotein 1 zinc-binding), C1QC (complement C1q C chain), C4BPB (complement component 4 binding protein beta), FGA (fibrinogen alpha chain), IGKV3–20 (immunoglobulin kappa variable 3–20), IGLV3–19 (immunoglobulin lambda variable 3–19), ORM2 (orosomucoid 2) and SERPING1 (serpin family G member 1) were reported to be differentially abundant between endometrial cancer cases and controls in more than one study, however, they were elevated in one study but decreased in another study [20,32]. This evidence concerns the gene C1QC and endometrial cancer.
