The treatment with EF-24 induced a significant multifold change in the relative expression levels of various genes; notably, many of these induced genes, including FTL, UBC, FTH1, UBB, SQSTM1, JUN, MLLT1, GADD45A, KLF6, PPP1R15A, TSPYL2, SRGN, SRXN1, NDRG1, and ZFP36, function as tumor suppressors.
