From December 2021 to May 2024, a total of 194 patients were enrolled; out of them, 81 patients (41.75%) were confirmed with leptospirosis (Fig 1), n = 75 by positive PCR in blood, n = 4 in urine, and n = 2 by IgM ELISA. This evidence concerns the gene CD40LG and leptospirosis.
