Keratinocyte subcluster 6, annotated as inflammatory KC, exhibited the highest IL-17A, TNF, and IL-17–TNF module scores, while keratinocyte subcluster 3, annotated as supraspinous, had the highest IL-36G and IFN-γ module scores (Supplemental Figure 2D), likely a similar population to our previous findings of IL-36G+ supraspinous keratinocytes in psoriasis (18). This evidence concerns the gene IL36G and psoriasis.
