When we paid attention to tumors with PD-L1lo profiles, high FXR-expressing NSCLC (characterized by FXRhiPD-L1lo) had a nonsignificant higher level of HVEM, as well as a higher percentage of HVEMhi tumors, than low FXR-expressing patients with NSCLC (characterized by FXRloPD-L1lo) (Figure 1, H and I). The gene discussed is NR1H4; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
