Our results demonstrate that FXR upregulated HVEM expression via transcriptional activation, intracellular Akt, Erk1/2 and STAT3 signals, and cell cycle G1/S progression in NSCLC, thereby inhibiting the cytokine production and cytotoxic activity of tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK3 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
