GO biological processes of PRKD1 and correlated genes in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), using cutoff (0.46), showed significant biological processes such as regulation of integrin-mediated signaling pathway (p > 0.004), organelle organization (p > 0.01), positive regulation of cell differentiation (p > 0.03), response to hydroperoxide (p > 0.04), Golgi organization (p > 0.04), and regulation of endocytosis (p > 0.05) (Figure 18A). Here, PRKD1 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
