CD19 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: [45] have analysed the CD19/22 co‐transduction model on twelve R/R B‐ALL patients and within a median follow‐up of 8.7 months, no cases of relapse by antigen‐negative escape were observed compared to their previous study where 5 of 14 patients relapsed with CD19‐negative disease within 7 months after infusion, suggesting dual targeting may have prevented antigen‐negative relapse.
