LeuAAG-001-N-3p-68-85, which targets UPF1 in pancreatic cancer, was shown in the original study to be significantly upregulated in pancreatic cancer cell lines (BxPC-3 and PANC-1) relative to normal pancreatic duct epithelial cells (HPDE6c7), with relative abundance levels exceeding 3.5-fold [19]. Here, UPF1 is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
