Additionally, 63.4% of patients received induction therapy with thymoglobulin; maintenance immunosuppression consisted of a regimen including mTOR inhibitors, calcineurin inhibitors, and prednisolone in 31.7% of patients, and tacrolimus, mycophenolic acid (MPA), and prednisolone in 68.3%; 26.8% had preformed donor-specific antibodies (DSAs); 19.5% experienced delayed graft function; and 30.5% had diabetes at the time of cohort analysis.
