GPT and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease: Patients with NAFLD had significantly higher ALT (107.93 ± 38.60 U/L), AST (69.73 ± 20.06 U/L), and total bilirubin (1.55 ± 0.24 mg/dL), with lower AST:ALT ratios (0.67 ± 0.08) compared to those without NAFLD, though ALP levels showed no significant difference.
