A total of 14 clinical variables were identified as risk factors for coronary progression in ACS in a univariate analysis, including a history of hypertension, use of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor medication, the number of coronary lesions, systolic blood pressure (SBP), N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), and PLT count, and so on.
