CD8A and cancer: By analyzing the TNBC RNA sequencing data from the Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center (FUSCC) (n=360) and The Cancer Genome Atlas dataset (n=158), we screened four immunohistochemistries that are commonly used in clinical immunohistochemistry (IHC), namely AR, FOXC1, CD8, and DCLK1, which were classified into five types based on immunohistochemistry: IM (AR-CD8+), LAR (AR+), BLIS (AR-CD8-FOXC1+), MES (AR-CD8-FOXC1-DCLK1+), and unclassifiable(AR-CD8-FOXC1-DCLK1-)) (Figure 1).
