To explore the potential impact of the KIR2DL5 genotype on antitumor effector cells, peripheral blood samples from 268 BC patients at diagnosis were analyzed for NK and T lymphocyte repertoires, as well as the expression of activating receptors (CD226, CD16) and inhibitory receptors (TIGIT, NKG2A) on NK cells (Figure 3).
