In the low/moderate tau burden population, the mean change from baseline in Integrated Alzheimer's Disease Rating Scale (iADRS) scores at week 76 was −6.02 (95% confidence interval [CI]: −7.01 to −5.03) in the donanemab group compared with −9.27 (95% CI: −10.23 to −8.31) in the placebo group, yielding a between‐group difference of 3.25 (95% CI: 1.88–4.62; p < 0.001), indicating a 35.1% reduction in disease progression rate (95% CI: 19.90%–50.23%).6 Here, MAPT is linked to early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
