TCF7L2 and Obesity: The MON cluster in our data closely resembles the non-classical monocytes (ncMON) described by Hildreth et al. [26] and Massier et al. [27] in their human datasets, characterized by low expression of CD14 and high expression of FCGR3A and TCF7L2.
