CD19 and neoplasm: As shown in Figure 2D, 1 × 106 of TCR-CFE-modified T cells, in the presence of CD19-positive K562 cells, significantly inhibit the growth of the target tumor cells J82-ESO1 in vivo, while neither CFE-TCR-modified T cells alone in the absence of CD19−positive K562 cells nor CFE-modified unrelated T cells inhibit tumor growth effectively.
