Of note, the functional abnormalities were more pronounced and appeared earlier in the LV than in RV, which is consistent with higher resistance to ischaemia/hypoxia of RV vs. LV.37 A strong positive correlation between increased blood viscosity and coronary artery disease has also been reported.38 There is a case report of a MM patient who had highly increased plasma IgM, signs and symptoms of myocardial ischaemia and impaired CFR.
