Investigations for comorbidities associated with Turner syndrome showed duplex kidneys on ultrasound, perforated left ear drum with normal audiogram, no elevation of tissue transglutaminase (tTG) autoantibodies and normal thyrotropin (TSH), satisfactory metabolic screen except elevated transaminases with a negative liver screen, and normal Fibroscan and MRI liver. Here, TGM2 is linked to Turner syndrome.
