Our data extend these findings by Suggesting that Beclin 1 actively maintains necroptotic quiescence as a critical molecular barrier to necroptotic reprogramming in CRC HT-29 cells by indirectly constraining the transcriptional availability of necroptotic effectors including RIPK1, RIPK3, and MLKL. This evidence concerns the gene RIPK1 and colorectal carcinoma.
