As shown in Table 3, univariate Cox regression analysis showed that age, male, smoking, HF, MI, AF, stroke, CKD, heart rate, total cholesterol, LDL-C, ApoA1, ApoB, uric acid, eGFR, albumin, homocysteine, fibrinogen, LVEF, β-blocker, and discharge hypoglycemic drugs were all significantly associated with all-cause mortality risk (P < 0.05), with a 1.5% increase in all-cause mortality risk per unit increase in homocysteine (HR: 1.015, 95% CI: 1.008–1.021, P < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene APOA1 and stroke disorder.
