Specifically, Patients 1 and 3, who had large-plaque psoriasis, had higher frequencies of IL - 17A-producing CD4+ and CD8+ T cells compared to Patient 2, who had small-plaque, follicular psoriasis and had a higher frequency of interferon (IFN)-γ-producing counterparts (Supplementary Figure 6).
