Mixed cellularity-HL was the predominant histologic subtype (100% vs 66.7%, p=0.028), accompanied by cytopenia (lymphopenia: 92.3% vs 50%, p=0.035; neutropenia: 46.2% vs 0% p=0.044), advanced tumor burden (bulky lymphadenopathy: 38.5% vs 0%, p=0.032), and systemic symptoms (B symptoms: 100% vs 50%, p=0.005) compared to CD4 > 200 cells/μL patients. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and Hodgkins lymphoma.
