CAR-T cell therapies have demonstrated remarkable efficacy in hematologic malignancies, with approved products targeting relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, and, more recently, B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA)-positive multiple myeloma (Ahmad et al., 2020; Perales et al., 2022; Wu and Dhakal, 2023).
