CCL27 and asthma: From these regression models, the representative variables (RVs, i.e., the cluster average for each cluster after hierarchical clustering) for CD4 cluster 16 (6.63 [1.56–28.20]) (OR [95% confidence interval]) and ILC/NK cluster 5 (4.24 [1.21–14.82]) were significantly positively associated with T2 asthma, whereas CD4 cluster 9 RV (0.28 [0.09–0.89]) was negatively associated with T2 asthma (Table 2; Supporting Information S1: Table S5).
