We examined the relationship between EIF5A2 and immune checkpoints using Spearman analysis and found that EIF5A2 was correlated with CD274, PDCD1LG2, and HAVCR2 in the majority of cancers and PDCD1, CTLA4, LAG3, SIGLEC15, and TIGIT in some tumors. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and cancer.
