Activating GNAS mutations have been identified in various gastrointestinal neoplasms, including pyloric gland adenomas, duodenal gastric‐type adenocarcinomas, pancreatic intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms, and colorectal villous adenomas [3]. Here, GNAS is linked to pancreatic intraductal papillary-mucinous neoplasm.
