TP53 and type 2 diabetes mellitus: Additionally, KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes) analyses identified upregulation of metabolic pathways, P53 signaling 4,26, and type 1 diabetes in the podocyte sub-cluster; type II diabetes in the epithelial cluster; and NF-kB, MAPK, and ErbB signaling pathways in the proximal tubules (Figures 4E–F and S5D–E).
