Results show that limited tumor suppression was observed in imatinib group (about 22% inhibition rate, p = 0.27), proving the success construction of the mice model, while KIT-d-MMAE significantly curtailed tumor growth (approximately 89% inhibition rate, p = 0.0002), outperforming both imatinib and VcMMAE (Figure 6F-H).
