In the Nira-Panc study, the effectiveness of a monotherapy with the PARP inhibitor niraparib had already been investigated in first-line progressive pancreatic cancer with a RAD51B mutation, among others (6-month PFS rate of 40%, median PFS of 4.4 months, median OS of 9.1 months) (38).
