We and others further found that indisulam, a “molecular glue” drug that selectively recruits RBM39 to the CRL4-DCAF15 E3 ubiquitin ligase (DCAF15) for proteasomal degradation31,32, is highly effective against neuroblastoma by inducing a wide range of splicing anomalies that affect a number of essential genes30,33. This evidence concerns the gene RBM39 and neuroblastoma.
