PRAME promotes the proliferation of osteosarcoma cells [10], while in Chronic myelogenous leukemia, in the presence of RA and PcG proteins, including EZH2, it binds to retinoic acid receptor (RAR) to block Caspase 3, TRAIL, and P21 expression, leading to proliferation and apoptosis arrest [14,15].
