CCNE1 and osteosarcoma: Correlation analysis revealed that only the cytoplasmic cyclin E1 expression level was significantly associated with the prognosis of osteosarcoma patients, while the nuclear cyclin E1 expression level was significantly associated with the prognosis of osteosarcoma patients, while the nuclear cyclin E1 expression level was not related to overall survival or progression-free survival (Figures 2A, B).
