No significant difference was observed between ustekinumab-exposed and anti-TNF-exposed pregnancies regarding live births (67.2% vs 67.7%; OR = 0.73; 95% CI = 0.39–1.37; P = .33; I2 = 39%; Fig. 2), spontaneous abortion (5.9% vs 4.2%; OR = 1.51; 95% CI = 0.74–3.36; P = .26; I2 = 40%; Fig. 3), preterm delivery (6.6% vs 7.4%; OR = 0.50; 95% CI = 0.15–1.61; P = .24; I2 = 49%; Fig. 4), low birth weight (4.6% vs 7.1%; OR = 0.68; 95% CI = 0.23–1.98; P = .48; I2 = 0%; Fig. 5), and cesarean delivery (30.0% vs 30.1%; OR = 1.11; 95% CI = 0.85–1.45; P = .43; I2 = 3%; Fig. 6). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and spontaneous abortion.
