As illustrated in Figure 4B, the combined diagnostic model combining the apoB/apoA-1 with neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, UA, TG, HDL-c, Age, sex, smoking, alcohol consumption, diabetes mellitus and family histories of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and CAD, had the highest AUC value of 0.898 (95% CI: 0.880-0.917) with a sensitivity of 84.50% and a specificity of 78.0%.
