As illustrated in Figure 4D, the combined diagnostic model combining the apoB/apoA-1 with neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, UA, TG, HDL-c, age, sex, smoking, alcohol consumption, diabetes mellitus, and family histories of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and CAD, had the highest AUC value of 0.923 (95% CI: 0.906-0.940) with a sensitivity of 75.9% and a specificity of 92.3%.
