CDC42 and neoplasm: ,46 These agents blocked S6 and extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) activation, inhibited angiogenesis in vascularized tumor organoids, and inhibited the growth of mouse and patient-derived tumors in vivo.45,46 Notably, this in vivo activity was distinct from that reported for CASIN, which is not known to affect angiogenesis, suggesting that RhoJ and CDC42 may play distinct roles in these processes.
