Previous work discovered a new class of CDC42 interaction inhibitors that could inhibit tumor growth in vivo45,46 and block angiogenesis in VMTs in vitro.46 Initial work sought to examine whether the lead compound in our newly discovered class of CDC42 inhibitors (ARN22089)46 could inhibit the growth and vascularization of melanoma patient-derived xenografts.
