IL4R and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma: CD20 is a highly specific B cell antigen and has been used for targeting B cells for elimination by antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) in the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).48 IL4Rα and CD20 are both detected at all stages in the patients with DLBCL, and anti-IL4Rα-CD20 bispecifics have shown some efficacy.49 There is also clinical interest in producing ADCs for CD20 to enhance potency beyond ADCC alone.50
