Bioinformatic analysis based on nTPM from RNA seq data showed that two cell lines, FaDu (a human pharynx squamous cell carcinoma line) and MDA-MB-361 (a human metastatic breast cancer line) express receptors for all but three candidate kineTACs (CCL20, CX3CL1, IL17D are not covered) at detectable levels (defined as sum of nTPM for all possible cytokine receptors > 0, from the human protein atlas3), with 35 of the cytokine receptors being covered by both cell lines.24 We tested all kineTACs in these two cell lines over a 48-hour time course monitoring pHrodo using an Incucyte live cell imager.
