TNNT2 and heart failure: The ROC curve analysis reveals an AUC of 0.790 for cTnT levels in predicting patients with revascularization, with a sensitivity of 86.67% and a specificity of 56.67%, with an AUROC of 0.790 (95% CI: 0.665-0.884). Multivariable analysis showed the strongest association of mortality with cardiac troponin T ≥0.22 ng/mL (HR: 1.95, 95% CI: 1.85-2.19), heart failure (HR: 1.85, 95% CI: 1.65-2.08), recurrent anginal (HR: 1.38, 95% CI: 1.19-1.55), and reinfarction (HR: 1.04, 95% CI: 0.99-1.12).
