Kaplan–Meier analysis showed that breast cancer patients with high ASF1B expression had significantly reduced 10‐year overall survival (OS; HR = 1.42, p < 0.001) and recurrence‐free survival (RFS; HR = 1.24, p < 0.001), indicating that elevated ASF1B is associated with a worse prognosis (Figure 1C,D). This evidence concerns the gene ASF1B and breast carcinoma.
