In the IDH1 wild-type cohort, 21 cases (43.8%) had high-grade glioma (HGG) lesions, comprising 12 cases (25.0%) of glioblastoma, 4 cases (8.3%) of anaplastic astrocytoma, 3 cases (6.3%) of anaplastic oligodendroglioma, 1 case (2.1%) of gliosarcoma, and 1 case (2.1%) of glioblastoma multiforme. This evidence concerns the gene IDH1 and central nervous system cancer.
