dPCR analysis showed that a total of 95.9% and 75.5% of primary tumor samples harbored the KRAS p.G12D mutation, with a median %mutation of 15.2% (IQR 0.2–26.2%) and 16.7% (IQR 10.9–34.5%), when the %mutation cutoff for a positive reaction was set at >0% and >0.1%, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and neoplasm.
