We observed some correlation only between the KRAS p.G12D %mutation detected by dPCR in tumor DNA and cfDNA samples (Spearman’s rho = 0.292, p = 0.044) when a >0.1% cutoff was used for a positive reaction (Figure 3b), but not with the >0% cutoff (Spearman’s rho = 0.230, p = 0.115). This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and neoplasm.
