In vitro, ATOX1 and ROCK1 were highly expressed and localized in the cytoplasm of Lewis lung cancer cells (LLCs), and they negatively feedback up-regulated each other; inhibition alone had no effect on LLC proliferation, while combined inhibition significantly inhibited proliferation, and the inhibitory effect of combined inhibition or dosing on cell migration was stronger. The gene discussed is ROCK1; the disease is lung cancer.
