Univeriate analysis indicated that high MARCKS expression (mRNA z-score > 1) was significantly associated with HER2 positivity (p = 0.0004), ER and PR negativity in IHC data (both p < 0.0001), higher nonsynonymous tumor mutation burden (p = 0.0019), and younger age at diagnosis (p < 0.0001) (Figure 5C and Supplementary Figure S4A–C).
