Compared to the patients who experienced mild CRS after CAR-T therapy, peak levels of VWF (p < 0.01), Ang-2 (p < 0.01), Ang-2:Ang-1 ratio (p < 0.01), sE-selectin (p < 0.01), and sICAM-1 (p < 0.01) in the first month were higher in patients with severe CRS, while the nadir level of Ang-1 was lower (p < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene ANGPT2 and congenital rubella syndrome.
