Among patients with colon adenocarcinoma under the age of 50, the system identified a trend toward higher prevalence of TP53 pathway alterations in H/L individuals (91.46%) compared to NHW individuals (83.39%), yielding an odds ratio (OR) of 2.13 (95% CI: 0.956–4.767; p = 0.084) (Figure 2).
